About the Eggs

Sunnyside and Scrambled – Two good eggs.  Desperate to get two good eggs.

We’re two good eggs who are a little bit wacky and a little bit mixed up, but generally find the bright side in everything.  Including our less-than-textbook TTC journeys.

Sunnyside, a young egg just shy of 30, is newly married and TTC Baby #1 since January 2012. She’ll share her experiences as a somewhat fanatical and obsessive first time TTCer on her way to IUI after some unfavorable fertility tests and a miscarriage early in her journey.

Scrambled is almost fully cooked at 37, and TTC Baby #2 since September 2011.  She’ll share her “textbook” pregnancy experiences from 2008, as well as her struggles TTC Baby #2 (including fertility treatment struggles) and moving forward with IVF.

On this blog, you can expect to laugh.  Possibly cry.  And hopefully find comfort and humor in the experiences of two gals going through the same thing you’re going through. Loss, defeat, and exhaustion are familiar to us both, but love, laughter, and endless hope will carry us forward. Lots of laughter.
